Are You Comfortable With Failure?

I remember years ago when I first got in involved with internet marketing, how excited I was.

It was a whole new world of opportunities with endless possibilities so I read and read about the subject (and there was plenty of it)and tried to absorb as much information as I could before I made my assault on the online world. The fact is that I thought I knew enough and I didn’t so I began to fail. I failed in almost everything from SEO optimization to social engagement(not that there was much of that in those days)and I just couldn't get it!, Despite what I had learnt and was told and practiced I started to feel dejected and depressed because I was a failure.

After trying my hand at many online ventures I eventually gave up for a long time because I was getting used to the idea of failing .

Maybe many of you can identify with this all too familiar pattern of trying so hard and so often that you think that failure is inevitable. Failure becomes a companion, traveling with you no matter where you go and what you do. You feel comfortable with failure and feel secure in the knowledge that he is just around the corner and waiting for you to fall again.

ENTER WA

About 3 or 4 months ago I came across WA while searching for yet another opportunity that would save me from the depths of despair and after some research(I was pretty good at this now) found the company to be very honest and only too willing to help you to be successful in the world of affiliate marketing. The network is amazing in the way that they support you more than happy to answer any question that you may have.(Even the silly ones, lol) I feel at home here and a sense of belonging and have made a new friend. His name is HOPE and we have been getting along just fine. It’s been a long time since I had a friend like him but I’m sure that we will become close as time goes by.

I haven’t spoken to failure for some time now but I’m sure that he is lurking around out there somewhere but as long as I have Hope in my corner, he will keep his distance.

He’s nothing but a toothless tiger anyway.

Hey Keith,
I like the way you described "hope" as a toothless tiger.

Failure's the toothless tiger. Hope gets us going another day!

Hi Keith,
I like you friend HOPE :)
Very poetic way of writing. Love it!

Di :)

Yes, I fear failure. Unfortunately that fear may hold me back from success. I try my best and hope for the best.

You are very unlikely to taste success if you haven't gone through the failure door.

I always say I haven't failed, I just did it wrong and I have to learn not to do it that way again.

Derek

Thanks for the awesome post Keith.
Failure can be the greatest teacher if one look at it in a positive perspective. I always regard successful people with so many failures in the past as the true successful person.

Thank you for sharing the post.
