Problems with video I created.

I need to talk to someone who has experience doing Live Stream videos. I was never able to find the assistance I needed at either Wealthy Affiliate or the internet on how to create videos using Live Stream. I ran into problems with the encoder downloads. In spite of these problems I was able to create a video but it's no good. There is no sound.
The webcam supposedly has a microphone but I see nothing on it that physically looks like a microphone. I also don't know exactly how to discard bad videos or how to get a good video onto my website.
