Hi, I am having an issue with my lay out for my website. Its not changing and Ive tried everything for days now. Ive even submitted a ticket and they said to contact the the

so ifyou look at mine its way different than the one that was supposed to be downloaded. I wanted it kinda like that .
Pictures small and I didnt want the posts in archives on the side.
I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Maybe I need more pages?
I wanted other things in where mine says "about me" and "privacy policy" I wanted headings there.. they arent taking.
The sidebar is your widget area and at the moment it is showing the default widgets. So you need to go into widgets and delete the ones you don't want and add ones you do want for example latest posts with images, there is a plugin that will do that for you. You only have 2 pages in your menu, so think about adding more pages or posts to the menu. The picture sizes I would think are your themes default not sure you can change that
Wow this is very informative. I will go see what I can drum up. These widgets were not co-operating earlier so now I know that is my problem I will focus on them. And now I know about the pages. Thank you very much. I was reading one of your websites

Get a plugin called Post Type Switcher, once installed when you go into pages/posts on your side bar, hover over the post/page and go to quick edit in there you will see a box with either post or page and a drop down arrow just change to what you want and update Done

I have the widgets plugin i think because they were like this about 3 days ago how I wanted and then they just switched over night. but I will dbl chk right now which plugin for widgets areavailable

Being a premium member you can install SEO and EWWW through your dashboard via plugins and activate them. Check and see what plugins you have.
Hey, no ive already sorted that out. I actually didnt have those in my dashboard literally didnt have them to activate. I know weird hey, tech didnt believe me either until they looked but I actually have the msg from them saying I was not crazy they were not there. Stuff like this ALWAYS has happened to me and computers since the first day I started using computers its like technology hates me haha

Technology or computers do not hate you, just don't give them the upper hand. Show them who is in charge, thats you. Push those buttons and mean it.

In WordPress, when you go into a post or page, you should find something that looks like a paperclip, which when you hover over with your mouse will say, "insert/edit link". From here you should be able to insert your link, a common mistake is not clicking on the publish button on the right-hand side of your page.

Its the link that ppl will use to buy the products i am selling. I was putting it in the back somewhere that asks for an active link. Thats not a great description. My baby is just up so Ill have to go and come back to try explain better. Thank you!!

You can try to clear your browser cache and restart your computer.
If it still not working, reach out to site-support as they can see better what has taken place on your site. Normally they will revert fast.

I would start by disabling the plug-ins. If it solves the issue It means that one of the plugins was the culprit. So you should be able to introduce them one by one and isolate which what is causing the problem. Then delete that plugin.It means that one of the plugins was the culprit. No my site never came with plugins! Its not like the video at all. It literally says - you have none. So weird.
I would create a ticket here and see if they can fix it. They are fast at responding (5-10 minutes). That will save you some of the trouble

HI, I am just wondering why this system has prompted me to blog 2 times now but then not published it. Thanks in advance :)
Are you talking about your WA blog or blogging to your website? In the training you're prompted to post as you progress, but those are to be published on your website. With your WA blog, it's more of a way to keep track of your progress. To publish them all you have to do is hit publish. Remember to add 2 tags as well so it knows how to organize it that way other members can find it in the future as well.
