I've been having such a difficult time choosing to focus on a particular niche-- but you knew that already.

Seems I keep getting more confirmation on the direction I need to head.

I was just released from the hospital due to lack of energy, exhaustion and extremely low iron. Yes, there was a reason for my stagnation.

The good news? I have reversed diabetes from a status of diabetic, to a possibility that I could get diabetes. That's right, my numbers are going down down down.

What I'm doing is working and it's probably the right thing to do to let others know how too. I provide the information, it's up to them to listen.

Sure there's trial and error, hence the hospital stay. But this experience was insightful and helped me to see another component of health and healing that I had missed.

Diabetic programs can cost $1000's of dollars.

How fair is that for those who truly have the desire to change, but can't afford such a high price.

It's true that sometimes we need to pay to show how much we value something, but what is an extreme here?

One program I had entertained the thought of trying wanted me to take out a loan for $18000 and that's not with some guru--it was an actual medical physician. Thief.

It's good to remember that our information is always valuable to someone and you may change a life with kindness in sharing and charitable giving of free information.
