Website disabled by WA

I tried to pull up one of my websites today and got a message that my site had been disabled by WA.

Anyone else have this problem? I submitted a ticket and I'm waiting on a response.

Disabled AGAIN. Wish someone could tell me which plugins are causing the issue....this is frustrating

Part of our premium hosting service is to not only look out for your site, but seek and disable sites that are problematic. This is NOT your fault that the site is down, it's due to a poorly programmed plugin and most likely a huge amount of spam comments. We are working on a new feature for premium members to delete spam comments before they become a problem.

I'm sure tour site will be brought back online after we determine the issue and patch it up.

On any other Web host your site would simply stop working And be deleted, where at WA we investigate your site and bring it back online after all is ok.

Thanks Carson, it's already back up!

IF your website was disabled, then it was because of a rogue plugin doing something that we do not allow. Anything that "AUTO" generates content or does intensive scans on your website can affect a server in many ways and that would cause our team to take a site down.

You will get a response to your support ticket with an explanation (f you haven't already).

Thanks Carson, I don't do any auto generation or aything like that.

I wonder if it is a stat tracker or something like that. I'm starting to see why some of the more profitable internet marketers use dedicated servers.

The website issues with WA usually get resolved quickly enough. But it is a huge convenience.

In some cases it was because of something anohter user did.

Thanks for the quick reply. Hopefully someone responds to the ticket soon.

I got a response - the reason is that my website was hanging/non-responsive so it was disabled. Tech support feels that this is due to a buggy plugin.

Is there a blog on any plugins that we need to be avoiding? I'm glad this got resolved so quickly.

My website is restored but All my plugins are deactivated. This deactivation happened before so at least now i know why and how this may have happened in the past.

is there a way to check if a plugin is causing issues with my site?

It happens every now and then to everybody. Don't know what the reason is. In most cases WA restores your site very soon. Just submit a ticket in the 'website & hosting section'.

Thanks cabenb! I submitted a ticket and am waiting for a response.

You are right this does seem to happen every now and then.
