What up!

I am officially a Firewalker!

I had just attended the Tony Robbins Unleash Your power Within Seminar in Singapore which had ended last week.

I have been going to many empowering seminars before. Tony Robbins UPW has totally awakened my mindset, heart and soul. It allows me to have the realisation of my definiteness of purposes and what is needed to be done to achieve it.

I will be sharing some notes taken down from the seminar as I felt the needs to share so that everyone can benefit from it.

I will break down into various part and share it along the way while I continue to furnish all the other parts to makes it more clear.

Day 1:

Three Elements of Practical Psychology:

• (1) What Stop us from Moving Forward?
  

FEAR (E.g. We’re not enough, we won’t be loved) 


• (2) What Controls & determines the Quality of our lives?

Meaning & Emotion = Life

• (3) Why do we do what we Do?

The 6 Human Needs.

• Positive Mental attitude gives you energy and drives, not food nor Sleep.
  
• Competition in Latin signifies Inspires together. 

  
• It is your Decision, not condition that determines your Destiny.
  

• It is not what we get but who we become, what we contribute that gives meaning to our lives.”
  

Motivation without Strategy is like Chicken running around without clear direction.


The higher the energy at its peak state, the more efficient your body gets, the better you feel and the greater results you get. Master the art of attaining High Peak State in a moment of a heartbeat increases nbmgygg. 


Resource is never a problem. It is the lack of resourcefulness. (emotion, Creativity, Passion, Caring, determination, Love & etc). Successful people always Find Their Way to make it work.

- People live their life on what they Desire Most and Fear Most.


The Moulders of Meaning: The Triad (The Tipping Point)

To take control of your life is to be aware of your own pattern. The Source of all emotion is a constellation of the 3 Forces:

(1) A Pattern of Physiology à What you do with your physical body, your posture, movement & breathing (Actions speaks louder than words).
Emotion is created by motion. Whatever you’re feeling right now is related to how you’re using your body.

(2) A pattern of Focus - Whatever you Focus on expands.

1. How can I focus my energy on those things I can control and influence?

2. What empowering meaning can be drawn from this event? How do these meanings contribute to a life that is not only fulfilling for me, but that’s also beneficial to others?

3. What steps do I need to take to let go of the things that are causing me to experience and perpetuate stress?

(3) A Pattern of Language/Meaning - The words we use changes the meaning we experience. Thoughts is nothing more than mentally asking and answering a series of questions
