So, not 5 minutes ago I received this email in regards to my domain. I have not clicked anything because I have no idea what it is talking about and there isn't a whole lot of information to go on. I didn't even click on the link they provide. You are not getting my CC # people, I am not gullible.

Oh and I found it in my spam folder. LOL!! Spam? more like Scam.

Have any of you received an email like this before?

Also, I wanted to thank all of you that sent me well wishes and wonderful advice while I was under the weather. I am feeling much better today and have already knocked out 2 posts for my WA site and I am now about to post 4 posts to my kitchen gadgets site.

Here is the email:

Thanks for posting this. I just received this mail too so it looks like the scam's still going strong, but hopefully nobody's replying to them. I wonder how they got my email address to send the mail too though. I do have Whois for my domains.

I recieved one today

I just got the same thing. Glad it's a scam!

Yes, just received it. Definitely a scam.

I also received this.

Thanks for the tip! I will be on alert...:)

Definitely junk, but they sure give it a good shot at trying to take your money! :)

Yea they can't fool me.

Yes I have gotten very similar emails multiple times. They are trying to get you to register your domain for another year at a greatly inflated price. They will likely charge you say $75 instead of what you would pay somewhere else for the domain registration. RIPOFF!! RIPOFF!!

Thanks for the heads up!

this is spam, your information is private if you bought your domain here through WA, the can only get it with permission. I have had a similar email regarding my site, from SEO marketeers.....I think they target new sites.

Yea I just thought I would post it up here for everyone else to see in case they get the same thing.
