I tried to pay for my membership today , with my debit card and it said its declined. I have always paid with it before and never had a problem , until today. I would like to k
I use paypal for all things online and have my debit card attached to it. I also hold credit cards if and when they are needed.

You can attach your debit card to a paypal account if you desire and pay that way. Here is how:

Here is what I get whenever I tried to visit any PayPal link:
Error 403 Forbidden

Varnish cache server
I know this might be out of topic, but I have an issue with it. I don't know how to fix this while I need PayPal especially for WA to pay me in the future since this is the only default payout option in here for now.
I need help as well with this.
It seems there is no solution to this at the moment from the WA. It might be a personal issue. I did ask for help privately.

If you were declined with a card you have used in the past, I would contact your bank and see what is going on as they may be blocking you payment for one reason or another.

If you were declined with a card you have used in the past, I would contact your bank and see what is going on as they may be blocking you payment for one reason or another.
