Learning New Things All The Time
Hello everyone I just want to write a post on my observations really from doing these courses in Wealthy Affiliate. I am currently on Level 4 which is to do with social engagement. At one time I would have gasped in horror at the thought of this as I have always been a shy person. I have been on Facebook for a few years though. I have found that it is not really a big deal to be sociable on these sights. People all around the world have the same hopes and fears and also aspirations in life. Most people have had or want an education and we are all learning new things everyday.
I never used to bother about websites before and I would have thought that making one was beyond me. I now have a website on Home improvements called http://goyourhomeimprovementsi.com so this is a big achievement. I would have been too shy to work in a shop! Anyway since doing this I can look at items for the home, discuss them and review them. There are endless ways that you can be creative in the home. It is amazing that I can come up with ideas and write about them and actually help someone get something out of it to improve their home. I am hoping that this will take off as well as learning the mechanics of websites etc that it will be up there with other businesses in the field. It does take some learning but I have found that I can research stuff and it can become an actual, real life piece of the website and be useful to others. This beats writing English essays which I used to do but at the end of the day were just exercises.
Now I am going to complete my training and learn more to go forward with making a career out of this and actually do something worthwhile. It is about making a living for myself and my family yes but also being helpful with useful advice in this field. The good thing is that I can teach myself what might work in my house too and experience using some of these marvelous new products on the market for the home. It gives us an awareness of what people are looking for in their home and also what they like. It is all part of the enjoyment of living having nice things in your home. Doing the reviews gives me an insight too into how people feel about what is on the market today and how they can get the best out of it. Julie

Just a few quick tips...
Remember to add your website and social media channels to your profile (to the right, under the section Follow me on...) so we can find them easily and follow you.
Also, it's a really good idea to switch to https instead of http. WA gives us a free security certificate. It's as simple as toggling a switch.
Go to: Websites, Site Manager, Click on Details and Scroll Down to SitePlus+ . Toggle SiteSpeed, SiteSSL and SIteProtect onto ON.
