A real heart for sharing. That means you get to share ideas with your friends. If you are really lucky, you even interact with industry leaders who have remained humble and approachable.
I got lucky. In the gmail widow industry, there are a few true leaders. People who will share with the new guys. Yes, that is how you become an old guy in the indstry. You help people like you were helped.
