As women in our fifties, before us is the another workplace revolution and opportunity is unfolding for us to grasp.

In our lives, we have lived and are living in a time of many revolutions and these have provided opportunities. We are the women who have made choices for ourselves, opened career doors and we have chosen to have babies or not.

We have studied and gained years of experience, knowledge, skills and insight. Many have had excellent careers climbing the ladder of success. Many but not all of us, have managed our careers and work with a family.

We have also experienced the introduction of the silicon chip and managed new ways to work in the information and knowledge age.
