Hi my friends. I'm sorry I haven't been around much lately but I have a huge amount going on in my personal life. I have been ill and have dangerously high blood pressure and my daughter is back in hospital.
I'm not asking for sympathy - I just wanted to say that I am thinking about you all and hope that you are managing to keep focussed and stay strong.
I will be able to re-focus in the New Year, (hopefully!) and will be back to give you all a dose of inspiration and motivation. I will mooch around in the background and keep tabs on you all lol!

I hope you all have a wonderful festive season, wherever you are in the world and that you think about the true meaning of this time of year. Despite my problems I have been helping out a local charity who help the homeless and those without families.
