ZAP! Oh no.Computer Fried!

so I am working on writing a new post for my site. I click on a new tab in my Chrome browser and enter a search query and suddenly the whole screen lights up with all the text and images on the page going fuzzy and vibrating appearance. no mouse on the page, no way to navigate out or escape. not even a way to shut down. I push and hold the power button to do a shut down. When I turn it back on it says memory configured incorrectly and to go to set up but gives me no way to go there. Now it just comes on , beeps, and goes back off in a repeated loop. I am so screwed, No Docs and lots of research on this machine and cant pay bills. I don't even know how much money I really have, who has been paid and who and when to pay anyone. Its all on this machine. If I didn't have a laptop in addition I wouldn't even have access to the internet to read email or pull up wealthy affiliate and check on my sites. This might keep me from working on my web site for a good while trying to get access back to the critical information and apps that is or was on the machine.
