7. Scarcity - When something you feel like you are going to miss out on something or that you are going to loose something is causes you to get off the fence and make a decision.

Sure, I'll clarify: when I heared about the black friday shopping with many casualties, I figured this had to do with artificial scarcity appealing to the lower instincts of the customers. By this example I was led to the question how much our economy is scarcity based.
This is not the place to elaborate in detail. But the point becomes more virulent, how to build up trust as the basis for a good customer relationship.
