Ranking!

I just had to come here to share my excitement and first bit of success with you guys. I've been here just over 2 weeks, and premium for a week. I've learned more than I could've imagined in such a short time, and I have WA to thank for that!

As you may know if you've read my first progress blog, I started with a niche site giving singing advice. That was progressing along nicely, but I realized that opportunities for revenue generation in terms of related products and affiliate programs are quite narrow by comparison to some others. I'm confident I can make it work, but I realize that niche is going to take a fair bit longer to develop from a revenue generation standpoint.

So, given that I'm uber bought into the WA community and what it has to offer, I decided to start a second site a few days ago to focus on promoting WA. All of the training, researching, and learning that I'd done for my first site helped me to get my WA site up and running much quicker.

Well, I'm happy to report that a search of my site names (as keywords) in Google - singing serenity and find your freedom today - both have my websites ranking on page 2! My first is showing in position 15, and my brand new site is already in position 12! That may not be equating to dollars yet, but who cares?

Okay, yes, we all care about making money, because we want to generate income for ourselves on our own terms, but at just over two weeks into this process, seeing my websites ranking on page 2 in google is tremendously encouraging!

It's the small victories you need to appreciate at this stage I think. Each one represents a stepping stone that gets us one stage closer to our ultimate goals.
