One Month In - Forever to Go!

So, here I am again, exactly one month after my decision to join WA and go Premium. No, I am not raking in uncontrollable amounts of cash, I'm not receiving 10k views a day, and I am not able to leave my day job. Did I expect to? No.

Would all the above be great? Of course, but I never expected to be there and chances are you probably shouldn't either at the 30-day mark. Although, I'm sure there are some that are making leaps and bounds.

What have I accomplished?

I have joined one of the best teams around when it comes to support, knowledge, and passion. I have created my first ever website, something I would have never imagined a year ago. I now have 4 posts indexed on Google. I have a much clearer understanding of how the online world functions. Last but certainly not least, I actually have other people looking at my site, although 95% of my views is probably me! Baha

What does the future hold?

Where I am going from here and how long it is going to take is yet to be determined. I will say that it has been fun so far. Seems like a lot of the work in the beginning was setup, learning how the platform work, setting up email newsletter forms, learning to put code in. And of course, I have been working 13hrs a day for the last 2 1/2 weeks at my regular job.

I go home Thursday leaving my rig of almost 5 years not knowing what the future holds. The only thing I know for sure at this point is that this platform, these people, and publishing content will remain. I can see that there is a future for me in this. I can see that the more time I can commit, the more rewarding it will be. And I can see that you all will continue to have to put up with me!

Thank you to all that have messaged, commented, gave feedback, and answered questions. This truly is a pay it forward process where everyone helps each other. I can appreciate that. I hope that as I continue to learn and gain experience, I can help others in the same way that I have been helped.
