Citrix to open Live Video Classes

Here's a tip Just in case someone else runs into a problem getting Citrix to open the Live Video Classes. For several weeks I had not been able to get the Video Classes live. Kyle told me you could just click on the Citrix button on the live video. But each time I tried a window opened and said that I had to select a program to open it.. That led me nowhere.

Then decided to look in My Programs on my computer. There was a Citrix program loaded. So I removed that program from my computer. Then last night when the video started I again downloaded the Citrix program. Magically the live video came up on the screen. It was so wonderful to have that problem solved.

Jay, it was such a pleasure to be a part of your live video. I learned so much and if I forget some of it I will know where to go find the information. Thanks so much!!!

And, thanks, Kyle for the tip about the Citrix button. I eventually figured that one out.
