Words to Capitalize in Titles and Headings

I don't know whether this comes as something natural to all of you who have English as your first language, but I find the below link extremely helpful when it comes to writing down my headings:

Sometimes as the foreign speaker that I am, I run across a very strange looking sentence where everything is capitalized, and think: Oh, here they go again (with that capitalization)! So entering Wealthy Affiliate, I decided to find out once and for all if there are any real rules to capitalization, and yeah, there seems to be - thank you very much for that! There may be posts written about this before... But anyway, this just as a reminder - for those of us who may need it - that There(first word of the title) Is(not a conjunction or short preposition) Help(noun) Out(not quite sure about this one) There(last word of the title)... :)
