In today's day and age, it is super important to be "on task"! With so many distractions it is easy to lose focus and get swept away in a tide of influencers. Also, not to mention the costs of a nutrient rich diet can be very costly. But even more costly can be living unhealthy. Many professionals and students alike turn to natural remedies such as Nootropics to help aid them in their pursuits!

Brain health is of the upmost importance. What good are you if you brain is lacking and what can you do to assess it and fix it?

Information Overload

I was hyped up and excited when I made my first $50 dollars online. I remember getting the text message that money was added to my paypal account! I was blown away because while I was working my regular job, someone had decided to make a purchase on my website. I just knew that if I had found a way to get 49 more people doing the same thing everyday that I would make it BIG!

That night I looked for every way possible to get more people to my website link. It was crazy because I went from one webinar to signing up for software under a free trial to getting phone calls in the middle of the night from pesky salesmen. I actually was in a mental paralysis stage because of all the information I was processing mentally. It was too overwhelming to me. I was experiencing "information overload".

It can really be easy to lose focus when you are clearly obsessed with something, especially when that something is promising a way out of the rat-race (the tradition 9 to 5). I was obsessed with it to the point that my performance at my job was lacking because of the sleepless nights I experienced. I was also in an online college at the time, and it was too much.

I had to find a way to stay focused, or I would lose what I was slowly building.

Staying Focused

I had found that coffee was working for me. I would drink cup after cup and stay up late nights working on websites, landing pages, email autoresponders and more. I would drink energy drinks during the day to keep up at my warehouse job where I moved furniture from trucks to warehouse.

Little did I know at that time the health risks. I gained so much weight, that i hardly recognized myself. I never knew that there was a much better, healthier, less risky way to stay focused and be "on task".

The True Benifits of Being "On Task"

Later in life, I switched from drinking energy drinks to taking more natural supplements to help me stay focused. I went from wasting time to being productive. Any kind of task can be productive if it helps you move closer to your idea of success.

I learned that the best way to be at my best was to work hard, and work smart. I quit drinking coffee all day to going to the local vitamin shop. I researched the best natural supplements to take to help me out mentally. I had to make sure my obsession wasn't keeping me from losing focus on what mattered most.

I found a solution in nootropics.

As an adolesence, you couldnt pay me enough money to work, but when I grew older, I knew I had to support myself. I knew that my choices were directing me in ways that either I wanted to go in, or to places that I'd rather not be in. I had to mature.

I learned that my mindstate and the way I thought about things were just as important as what I thought about. The best and truest perception proved to be more valueable to me, then just thinking how I'd always thought. It's easy to see things how other's see things, or how you've always percieved things, but it's more challenging to view things or evaluate your preconcieved notions to make sure you are seeing things for the way they really are.

A Human Being's Potential

I know that a human being's potential is so much more greater that what the average person would tell you it is. I know this because I found out the hard way, on many occassions. It is always better to make sure that you have all the facts, and be willing to change your view on things if the truth demands it.

I am proud to say that I am finally able to do more thinking for myself, with the courage to look ignorance straight in the face and say "your wrong". It means more to me then just believing that ignorance is bliss.

I also know that because of Big Corporations in the US, I am fed a lot of half truths, when it comes to my nutrition, and diet. I know that my body requires certain elements to operate and function at it's best. There is nothing wrong with getting a jumpstart when you need it, but it is so much better to use that leverage to get back on the right track.

I don't owe all of my success to smart drugs or nutrients and vitamins, but I know for sure that these things do play a role in helping me be the best version of myself that I can be, and that is why I am building more awareness in this area of health.

Gaining True Sense of Value

When you can serve rather than to be served, to educate rather than be entertained, when a person can choose right rather then wrong, then it is truly valuable. Gaining a winning edge is important because without it, you may find yourself competing rather than dominating. You may find yourself losing yourself in a sea of forgetfulness. I would rather stay focused, and treat my body with more respect, including my brain.

Thanks! Yes, it is very important to stay overall healthy as we chase our pursuits, as well as being "on task". I used to always be busy but wasn't as productive as I thought I was being.
