WOW Blogging can help
I am so excited to see my ranking go from 11855 to 4307 by just writing some blogs and being involved with other members. My goal is to write at least one blog post per day and interact with as many members as possible.
My advice to the new members is to do the same. It's not only a great motivator but it helps you learn the skill of writing more content, which also helps you develop the skills needed to design and organize your website. We all know content is king, so if you are not writing, here's a tip: Just sit down at your computer and start typing, and believe me, it will start to flow. Another thing, download the Grammarly tool. It can help clean up things as you go through the process. Like I said in an earlier post, it's not a perfect solution, but it helps.
I guess that will be all for now. My goal is the reach 200 words minium. I am a little short today, coming in at around 194 words, but it's a process and I realize that. More to come tomorrow.

Very true. Sharing experiences and knowledge is an excellent way to not only improve your writing skills, but it also helps in building a larger network, and write better content, which ultimately adds value to your site, and builds trust with your potential customers.

Very true and I just recently read a post by... umm oh no I can't remember lol. Just too many members to interact with!
BUT you can write posts here on things you have learned and that can be ranked within in Google too, so you can start doing keyword research for here too. Make use of headings and images to give yourself more SEO oomph.

Lynne, the information you provided was absolutely fantastic. I read all 5 pages. I have seen my ranking drop exponentially within the last three day, from 12501 to 11855 to 4307 to now 2098 WOW!

It's always good to interact - but best to focus on your website at the beginning. I'm happier completing 3 or 4 lessons a day at the moment. I didn't write a blog here on WA until I'd finished Course 2.
I guess we all have our own way of doing things.
