Like most people, I started using Site Comments because I needed some comments on my blog posts.
However, in the process, I gain something more than just return comments on my own sites. I start to learn more about what others are blogging and it adds to my overall knowledge and experience. Thus, instead of skimping through the content, I really read and try to digest what other fellow members are sharing.
If it is in a similar niche as mine, sometimes I also get ideas for my blog posts or learn a better way for performing a certain task. And if it is in a totally different niche, I feel more knowledgeable after reading your article.
