Less work for the coming days
O dear I have a sore shoulder and neck due to my work at the Laptop. Everthing off my schoulders and neck are stick. I think it is about working on my laptop. I have to sit up straight and put my chin a bit down. I can do this for a few minutes but after a while I fall back in the position which isn't good for me. So I have to train in sitting in the right position. It's very difficult.
And quess what I did yesterday? I went shopping for some new cloths. Very stupid because when I put on a shirt and I didn't like it , I almost couldn't get it off because I could not raise my hand backwards and in the air.. I was struggling in the fitting room to get out off that shirt say words I will not tell and asked myself if anybody hear me struggling. So for now I have to just listen to lessons and no more shopping.
Have a goog night, day wherever you are

Lol Joke, I know that feeling lol. When I've been working for a while and then go to stand up, I'm like a little old lady! :)
I hope you feel better now, Joke. This is one of the problems encountered by many who use the computer (or typewriter in those days. lol) for a long period of time. It doesn't have to be an ordeal. You can get back to work now! Enjoy!
Haha thank you for sharing this. But the problem is a bit deeper. I'm seeing a physiotherapist for a couple off weeks now with no progression.
I hate shopping for clothes! hahahaha...sorry you struggled but at least you joked about it!
I hope you feel better! I get very sore shoulders when I am tired and lean forward to support myself on the desk all day. Sometimes I don't even know I am doing it until I get sore later.
I have it for several weeks now and is't not getting better so I have to improve my way off sitting at the laptop and that's very difficult
