'Take a deep breath and let it flow.'

I have developed a strange yet helpful ritual.

I seem to always get just enough sleep to get up each morning and wake my go ahead clock up.

NO I meant to say that,Most call it an alarm clock but I recall learning early and I believe Mr Zig Ziglar was my teacher at that point in life,why should we be alarmed to get up and start a healthy,productive day.I agree with his belief that all the ingredients were in our hands to produce whatever type of day we set forth. ''All great believers have a ritual system that they often develop quickly but spend the rest of their awaking moments tweaking to suit their greatest desires and means'' Here is what works for me.

1-Once my clocks know that I am in charge,I say all the things that I am thankful for and why. Short,simple and direct.

2 - I make my self Tea Or Coffee depends, whats closest.along with small source of healthy energy,

3 - Read the same book chapter for 30 days,3 times daily.

4- Write out my daily goals and set a timeline for the success/completion of set goals.Be definite.no matter how it feels. Some goals or tasks need to be done daily,while others are part of the bigger plan.

5- Wake my daughters up and shortly after that my wife and I get ready to get to our needed places, Our girls to school,My wife to work, And I stay at home and do what needs to get done there,While doing daily chores,I say Affirmations and listen to very powerful stuff that always gives me encouragement,and insight.I like to call all of my rituals,me writing my own success story.I don't leave the house without my cell device,multiple notebooks,pens.
