From blunder, through trauma to normality.

It was time to move my website to the hosting here at WA.
I had thought about it for weeks and then spent time checking threads here for the simplest way.
Got some great guidance from MarionBlack, installed the clone wp plug in and got under way.
Following the procedure at site builder was straightforward and in no time, I was logging in through WA.
Schoolboy error: did not allow enough time for the change, so was unknowingly still working on my site on its original host.
Result was, when logging in the next day, all my content (5 pages and 40+ posts) had disappeared.
Thanks heaven Marion had recommended backing up a file to my computer.
After only a couple of hours feeling very sorry for myself, site support worked their magic and rescued me.
Huge thanks to Marion Black and site support.
Yes,I thank God for our support team and our prominent helpers. I don't want to mention names before our enemy of progress sets in again. But we owe a lot to our faithful community when things become difficult.
Thank you for sharing your story!
I needed to move a site from another hosting business to here as well.
I agree, Marion Black, and site support give us tremendous answers for our problems.
All the best to you.
I had a problem and asked site support for help. I'm sure I frustrated them with my lack of knowledge but they are wonderful. No one every touts their greatness when you have a serious problem a go to them for help. They deserve much credit as they keep our sites running when we make a mistake and mess things up. Great job site support!.
What a wonderful thing that is to have this great support out here!
Glad it all worked out for you!
Good luck on your journey... =)
