My WA ranking still improving.

So my WA ranking has improved everyday since joining, with one exception which i think we all experienced:-) This is due to my my content, comments, feedback and my commitment to the "Pay it Back" philosophy promoted by both the founders Kyle and Carson.
The "Pay it Back" has a double edged sword for both the community and for the founders. They can't be everywhere, omni presents isn't an option for those guys. So they need the community to support, advise and answer questions. This online community has certain rules to adhere too. These rules are monitored by the same online community.
So, mind your manners, keep it clean, under no circumstances resort to bullying language and keep your feedback positive or negative, constructive.
