I'd you are using GeneratePress theme, you can create an icon to be used in the tab of your website.

The little icon is a symbol of your website, an easy-to-use way to identify simply by looking at the icon.

When you customize your theme, you have the option to add the icon image in the same section where you add your logo to the header.

That is what is called your favicon. There is some good training here on this, and you can use the search above if you want to get a bunch of resources on this.

Hi, Joe. As I understand it, you must create a favicon and put the HTML in your root directory. I'll PM you with a couple of links. It's over my head, but maybe you can figure it out.
