Nearly Thanksgiving and I'm doing the turkey

Well it's nearly Thanksgiving and for the first since I can remember, I will be responsible for making the turkey for my family 30 people. I've googled it and will brining the turkey before roasting it. I would like to add some special - appropriate flavor to the turkey. I want to keep it as traditional as possible, but with a bit of a flare. If you have suggestions, please share below.
