Imagine a product that is bogus, a complete fraud. Imagine that people know well the product cannot deliver on it's claim. If it does, it's a coincidence, nothing more. Now imagine these people line up to experience this fraud, tens of thousands of them. They travel, some traverse great distances, even coming from Europe and other parts of the globe. They willingly part with their money. They go home glad they came. Some even come back year after year.Photo Credit: Laval UniversityYou don't hav

There was a change to the ranking algorithm. Woweeee! The roller coaster has crested and is careening downward. Enjoy the ride.My rank dropped 90 places the first day the changes were implemented. I continued to post, help, and greet consistently and yet, I see my ranking drop one or two places every day. Today, I am at 200 - On the top of the bubble - On the cusp...Of what? What will I lose? If I need WA ranking to boost my mindset, then my mindset is not strong enough to withstand the rigors

There is a profound difference, and perhaps light years, between simple and easy.I'll show you.A young adult is on a plane preparing for their first ever skydiving jump. They have trained. They are ready. Now comes the moment of truth. The instructor opens the plane's door. He announces they are nearing the jump area. All the student has to do is take one step. One little step. Simple, they have been walking for over twenty years. One step is nothing. It's simple. But, it's not easy. Even though

In the early '90s, my wife's dad announced his New Year's resolution for that year was to not make any more New Year's resolutions. A few years later, he told us it was the only resolution he ever kept. Ignoring the obvious oxymoron of making a resolution to not make resolutions, I have got to say I have never been a big fan of the New Year's celebration. People want us to believe a tick of the clock and the tearing off of a calendar page have suddenly made everything new. As if someone has pus

I checked into my Amazon Affiliates page and found someone clicked one of my links and bought two items earning me the tidy sum of $1.21. Maybe, I'll hold off on ordering the RV. They did not buy the linked item, but bought two other items.Am I excited?Well, maybe just a little. Woot, woot! Yippie! Hooray! Boo-yeah! Hot dog!I'll try to hold it down. I know some of you are working. The truth is, it is very satisfying. I know the actual sale is a drop in the bucket as far as money goes, but it re

When I joined here, I never thought I'd have over 600 followers in less than three months. I am truly grateful for everyone who looked at my goofy mug and clicked "Follow," This encourages me, because most of the social media stuff is new to me. I don't expect to have 600 followers on Twitter in three months, but at least I now believe I can build a following.I do not know why 610 people clicked my follow button, but I can tell you I make greeting people and interacting with them a habit.Every

Why do you do this? Why do you put in the time, attend the training, answer the questions, make comments, write, blog, post? All the while there is the day job, the family, other commitments. Why do you do it? Do you know? Could you explain it to someone else in a few minutes? Do you rehearse it often? It is important to know how to do something, but it is absolutely essential to know why. Your reason why is what keeps you coming back, keeps you fine tuning your business, keeps you searching fo
