Back From Field Trip - Weird Times In Solomon Islands

It's been more than a week I was out from Wealthy Affiliate.I was assigned to go out in the field in Malaita Province to inspect the hydrological stations and carryout field assignments for the water resources division for the Third Quarter of 2019.It feels good to spend some quality time with the people and hear there concerns about their communities and development that will be result from the shift of Diplomatic Ties from TAIWAN TO CHINA.

Thus, the result on the monitoring station is good and this will be a booster to the hydrological monitoring program for the development plan for MALAITA PROVINCE if TAIWAN and AMERICA will be a DIPLOMATIC partner to counteract the infuluence of CHINA in the SOUTH PACIFIC.

However, what people really concern about is the Deplomatic shift from Taiwan to China which the government voted FOR on the same week( 13TH - 21ST SEPTEMBER 2019) that I was out to Malaita Province.The releationship with Taiwan was for 36 years and many people in the country is against this shift to mainland China.They want the government to remain with Taiwan and the Democratic world.However, the government did not listen to the majority of the people and voted for CHINA.

This shift of Diplomatic ties to CHINA causes confusion among many people.The Taiwan Embassy in the country had packed up and leave the country due to the shift.

This causes the American government not to feel good.Just recently the Vice president of American had to cancelled a side line meeting with the Solomon Islands government at UN meeting in New York.A SIGN that AMERICA is not FEELING GOOD about the Diplomatic shift from Taiwan to China.

What's going on in this World Now? Is CHINA a Savior to the world or is it against the current Democratic Believe System in the world?
