For some reason I've always been drawn to the self-help market. As a writer my business niche has typically been geared toward personal development. As a freelancer I used to write extensively for top executive coaches around the globe.
I suppose I am a seeker. Though I have found many answers to questions I've asked along the way, there is always more to learn, deeper truths to excavate. This quest has led me to launch Blazing Mind - my brand. It's focused on helping people find their way toward leading exceptional, fulfilling, satisfying authentic lives. A life they love.
That;s what excites me about all the good people I have met so far here at Wealthy Affiliate. Among the many whom I have followed, and have followed me, I see a familiar yearning to live a life they love. It is a worthy quest - one that requires honest courage and a mind open to learning.
I feel much gratitude that I found this community. I look forward to seeing us all lead lives we love!

I love this blog post Jim! I have been on a journey of self discovery this past year and a half, a journey that I didn't even know I needed to take! One of the outcomes of this has been for me to leave my comfortable job and start my own consultation business. I share this because of your last lines, a worthy quest requires honest courage. My business name is Courageous Educational Services because I ask educators to engage in courageous conversations about difficult topics, I ask them to meet the needs of our most challenging students who show courage every day they step food in the door and I agree with the quote that courage isn't a lack of fear, it is taking action in the presence of fear. Hello again. Ken, I see that you're an avid golfer. I am, too. In fact, in my book there's a chapter I wrote about Zen Golf. For a time I stopped keeping score, chose to see each shot as singular event. My friends kept score for me (though I didn't ask them to do this). I know it seems counter-intuitive, but over the course of a year my game improved by 5 shots by taking this approach
