Law of Attraction, Part 2
What I really appreciate about the WA community is that it seems everyone here is living out the fullness of the Law of Attraction.
I've never been a believer in esoteric woo-woo thought and practice. Maybe it's my upbringing as a skeptical member of the leering press, but I like it when spiritual practice is backed by some semblance of scientific inquiry.
When The Secret came out it achieved an incredible buzz. Not bad for a principle that was over 3,000 years old!
But there was a Part 2 that wasn't given it's due. What I love about the WA community is that we all share a positive, optimistic belief that we will achieve our dreams. But we also put Part 2 into practice.
I just wrote a piece on my site that addresses Part 2.Don't know if this is okay or not in this forum (better to seek forgiveness than permission, eh?) but, I'd welcome comments or thoughts from my WA community on this piece:
As usual, thank you!

Aah, that all important Part 2. Good that we've found a community where we can apply it. Great message!
Thanks, Erica. Indeed, if everything were Part One...well, what's the point, right? Part 2 is what makes Part 1 worthwhile.
You did it. You mentioned my college years hero...Napoleon Hill. Now I have to add to the saliaque. Paul J. Myers, an Insurance Executive from Waco Texas once said. "Whatever you vividly imagine, ardently desire sincerely believe in AND enthusiastically act upon must inevitably come to pass."
Interestly his quote had 3 thoughts and one action!
1. vividly imagine=thought
2. ardently desire=thought
3. sincerely believe in=thought
4 Enthusiastically ACT Upon=ACTION
MUST INEVITABLY COME TO PASS. This is what we do here at WA every day. I thought that you might like my take on Part 2. DAN
You nailed it, Dan! Thank you!! N. Hill covered so much of what we are "discovering" today.
Good post Jim but one comment. I'd change your permalink to "post titled." The p?=183 does not look nice. Much better to display the title of your post.
In graduate school (Harvard 1984) even though we were in Human Behavior this was a topic that was almost pushed away. I got more into it not academically but socially in the nineties and what the various MLM programs it's all over everywhere involving the internet now.
