Finding a niche
I think I should blog more and record my progress, so I can look back one day and at least see what I have been through.
I have been told from the start that a lot of people get stuck at finding a niche.
I thought I already had a good niche of reviewing educational toys for young children when I started here at Wealthy Affiliate. But after going through the training I wasn't so sure if that is really my interest or passion, and also didn't know what to write in the product reviews and whether there is sufficient content. So I doubted whether this niche is sustainable.
My background and interest in transport, architecture and city planning doesn't seem to give me any ideas either. I didn't know what to write about buses or trains and I don't quite know what products I could promote as an affiliate also.
When I was going some keyword research on toys it seems more people are instead interested in games. Games do seem a lot more fun than toys alone. It is something that I would be interested in as a parent and I want to maintain the educational theme as well.
So after some thought I have come up with a niche of reviewing board games from the perspective of a parent and a focus on family and the developmental needs of children. Let's see if this works out! Now that my niche is sorted I can finally continue with the certification training...
Any feedback or suggestions is very welcomed :)

I personally enjoy board games a lot! Candy Land, Monopoly, War, Chutes and Ladders, some great games during my childhood and even today! Best wishes to you in your new endeavor!
