Trello. A wonderful first experience

Today I just want to make a quick review about a wonderful software named Trello. This software is build mainly to help you to organize your work flow.

Maybe you are already using that tool. In that case, you will smile when I say «WOAH»! That software is awesome. For you guys, who have no idea of what I’m talking about, just keep reading.

Maybe you are a bit like me: one of my weak points is how I organize myself. Try to remember the last time you had a lot of ideas and finally got confused at the moment start to write your thoughts. I mean, you can get frustrated because just you can’t remember that great idea you had 10 minutes ago. But there no way to express how you feel when everything is suddenly all blurred in your head.

Talk about a nightmare...

That’s when Trello helps. You can easily organize your ideas, put note in them. You can segment your project in as many steps you need to measure how well you are going in your plan. Hey, you can even add a deadline if you want to.

Trello use boards, lists and cards to help you organize your business. You can, for example, create a list named “article ideas” where you will write all the subject and titles of your upcoming articles. Now let’s say that you are writing a new article about how to find a niche. You can move your card (named “find your niche”) to another list that you name “article in progress”. When you have finished your post, you can move your card again to the list “Job Done!”

How you will create your board, lists and cards? It’s up to you. You just have to let go your imagination.

For those of you who are more visual, you even add pictures and create a color system to have a perfect bird's eyes view of your projects (wouldn’t that be great if they add sounds effects too?)

It seems that a lot of musicians and artists have this point in common. We are just disorganized. So for me this software is a revelation.
