Free account not supported in certain countries

Hey everyone, i just wanted to start by saying this weekend i did some social media marketing, and got many people interested and a decent amount of referrals, this excited me alot! I also learned something new, which is what this blog is about.
So today i had someone keep messaging me saying the link i sent them (which was create free account affiliate link) is for premium membership, they wanted free. So i kept saying it is the free one, there must be a mistake. Well they go on to say that they keep getting a message "Hi ----, Free Starter accounts are not available in your country, but we would love to have you as a Premium Member!" this shocked me, because i have been told that Wealthy Affiliate is available all over the world, and India (which is where this person is from) i would think would supported.. needless to say, i was not sure what to tell the person other then to try to get them on board as premium.
