Link Tracking
If we want to track our links, are we supposed to use the "Add Tracking to Any Link at WA" under "Links & Tracking," or do we use the link tracking system under "Tools" in the dashboard? Is there a difference, or is the one under tools outdated?

Depends what you plan to track I guess.
1) "Add Tracking to Any Link at WA" under "Links & Tracking"
Is basically to share your WA referral link around and determine what converted. For example, if you plan to share your WA affiliate link in a facebook group, you may add "facebookgroup" in "Enter Tracking ID".
In the case you get someone joining you from that facebook group it would be tagged as "facebookgroup" in "My Stats" > Entrance Details (Tracking ID).
If you run several advertising campaign at once, it's useful to know what works and what don't.
2) Link tracking system under "Tools" in the dashboard.
This one pretty much works for everything. If you want to track the results for another affiliate program you could use that one.
To sum up: first is easier when it comes to promote WA since you got everything sum up inside your "My Stats" tab, while the second works for pretty much everything.

Do you use tracking?
I'm not using the one from the section "Tools" as I was already having a tracking service before joining WA.
But I'm using the one from https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share/links ; as it's really simple to use to know from where conversions come! :)
For example, when promote through banners I create a few and test different colors, text,... to see which one works the best. It helps to improve the results you got from your advertisement over time.

Just an FYI to everyone, Kyle mentioned in chat the the link tracking system under "Tools" would be phased out, and merged with the tracking system on the Stats - Links and Tracking page.
