Pinterest Update & Invite
Hey Wealthy Affiliate family
I wanted to share a quick update and also put out an open invite to all of you.
I’ve officially set up my Pinterest account, created my boards, and published my first pins
This is a platform I’m excited to lean into more seriously as part of my long-term traffic strategy.
Rather than trying to figure it all out solo, I’d love to work together with other WA members who are already using (or planning to use) Pinterest.
Here’s what I’m thinking:
- Sharing relevant Pinterest Pins & Boards
- Supporting each other’s pins where it makes sense
- Learning what’s working (and what’s not) in real time
- Growing reach together instead of in isolation

That’s awesome — Pinterest is a great long-term traffic strategy, and you’re right: it’s much easier (and more effective) when we collaborate.

I'm just starting, Mel, so not much to offer yet. I'm watching as many videos as I can to learn :)
My niche is survival prepping, mainly for my Golden Survivalist site, to target seniors.
I also have my 2 equine sites, but haven't started them yet. Also have the WA affiliate biz site, but don't think it's a Pinterest thing.
I have also been dealing with health challenges, so it's been a slow process.

Winter causes me to have less energy and endurance, so I have to rest more and work a little less sometimes.

I do have Pinterest but it is loaded with a lot of boards but they are all over the place with only 1 board dedicated to building an online business. I am not very organized at all there so you could easily get lost inside the jungle of my Pinterest account.
