I was a linguistic student.
Got the B.A to boot. but don't as t me to remember what they taught up in University.
Few cob-webs there right now.
That really sucks. Here I am , did what they told me to do, Go to college, get an education, and """ get a sweet Job""' suuurrree!
yeah right.

The only time my linguistic training got any use, is when I flew back to Jamaica, in july 2002, for two weeks, and helped a German couple. I translated for them. It was still fresh in my mind then,\Now, I must review every thing. Must be getting better with Age eh??

nous avons tous appris notre langue maternelle , quand nous étions enfants et les nourrissons et les jeunes enfants .
Nous avons encore.
Maintenant , ce que je fais , est d'écouter de la musique et des discours de la langue que je voudrais réapprendre ou comprendre.
quand vous écoutez , la phonologie se familiariser , en fonction du contexte et de l'association de ces phonèmes (les sons individuels qui se combinent pour former des mots ) avec le monde visuel et de l'environnement .
Remarquez comment une personne peut apprendre une chanson d'une langue étrangère aussi facilement que par rapport à cette même personne à essayer d'apprendre la grammaire et la syntaxe de cette chanson écrite en mots sur le papier ??
Il est amusant , essayez-le .

Il était l'un de ces hallucinations épreuves qui ont provoqué la naissance du petit livre que je re annonce à l'Université.

Yap I am a student pilot. I buld my WA websites to fly again.... I had almost completed my training but for familly duties I had to stop my taining. My goal is to buy a small plane ( A Sonex aircraft) and I want to bring needy kids for free airplane rides. What ever is your reason to build your websites, stay focus on that reason. yep.. reminds me of 1988, I went for my check ride, did okay, but came short in two items, went broke, lost mi job in 1990.
went through 20 years of hardships.
And Thanks be to God above, I was hired on a good job in 2005 till now.

BUT, I have had it with working for people, so I got a Life Insurance licenses. so I can help people plan for retirement.

I need to revive my vocabulary.
I have some music that I listen to, every now and then.
since I am Jamaican, and the closest Neighboring island to my Island is Hispaniola, The western third, HAiti. And All my years since birth .,in Jamaica, I only got to hear much of Cuban music, and Venezuelan music, in addition to my own Jamaican sound.
I studied french , in the 1990's in California.
I had to read a few books. One still have me puzzled is, " L’Étranger) " by L’Étranger) .


I can read french quite well, but, speaking it beyond the level of High school, just kicks my a$$. it is like work, Having to continually think and translate as I try to chat with my friend, yet, I can rattle off German, the little I can do, like no bodies business.
I dont get it.

I hear and see spanish all over Los Angeles. California. Sometimes I wonder If I an In T.J.
Take a trip in Mid Los Angeles , go on either Wilshire Blvd, or Olympic BlVsd, You will swear that you are in south Korea, ( i do live in K-town too)

Go to Westwood Village, You just visited Iran.
What a place to live in??!!!!
It is a strange town to be in. If you dont mind spending your driving time stuck in traffic on a ""' free way"" Most famous parking lot, the 405 freeway
