Don't Give Up On Your Self

V1) When life is so hard and nothing's going right
And the words people say, just cut like a knife
When the debts are high and the money's gone
Don't give up on yourself, stand up and be strong

V2) Remember at times that life is unfair
It can get you down, so down in despair
But with lessons learned, there comes hindsight
And you come out stronger, when you stood up to fight

V3) None of us are perfect, we all step out of line
Things happen for a reason, though it's not clear at the time
When times seem the worst, they can turn out for the best
When you stood up to fight, when you passed your test.

V4) Don't let life or people make you doubt
The dreams that you hold, the dreams that just shout
Success can be, just around that bend
So keep on going, stick it out to the end.
