My YouTube Numbers This Month (and a Look at the Big Guys)
Hey WA Folks,
Thought I’d share where my Everything RVs and More channel sits over the last 28 days. I pulled 9.6K views, which is about 5,700 more than last month, and just over 322 hours of watch time, up 182 hours. Picked up 49 new subscribers too, which is more than double the month before. The big driver was my “RV Camping Etiquette 101” video — over 5,000 views with an average watch time of about two minutes. Nothing crazy compared to the big channels, but I’ll take it.
I’ve been making videos I’d actually watch myself, sharing them where they fit without blasting them everywhere, and leaning into topics people are already searching for. Nothing fancy, just consistent uploads and a bit more intentional targeting.
Now, speaking of big channels, Mike and Susan from RVBlogger have been at it for over five years. They’re sitting on 205K subscribers, 354 videos, 31.7 million views, and three RV websites with over 900 articles. They’ve got it figured out — RV shows, dealer walk-throughs, Class A, B, C tours — they just keep showing up and delivering.
I’m not trying to be them, but I can take a couple of pages from their playbook. Keep the uploads steady. Stay focused on my niche. Make sure the website and channel feed each other. The gap between my numbers and theirs isn’t a wall — it’s a roadmap. I just need to keep throwing wood on the fire and watch the numbers climb month after month.
That's it for today! GAME ON EVERYONE!

Good morning Jeremy,
That's great that your numbers are on the increase, that has to be a good thing. I really do think that consistency is key, even if there are other similar channels, our uniqueness can bring something good!
I think we can learn so much from successful people and successful YouTube channels, Jeremy. As you mention, you don't need to be someone else, but just putting your own uniqueness and slant on things can go a long way. I like to hear about people's individual experiences, see your take on RVs, it's going to be different to someone else's, which is great.
Wishing you a great day and continued success with YouTube.
Roy
That's a wonderful increase on your figures! You'll soon have a big campfire that'll attract the RVers from far and wide. 🙂🙂
