The Power of Multiple Income Streams

For those of you that have been following my recent posts you'll know that I have been achieving reasonable success lately. What I haven't elaborated on is how I've managed this.

Of course if it wasn't for Wealthy Affiliate I'd probably be nowhere near where I am now. But every single sale that I've made in the last few weeks has been from one single article.

It doesn't matter what affiliate program you're promoting, if you're making sales then you're doing something right.

In my case I hit onto a good keyword and it just started generating sales. What is interesting is, the sales didn't start for about 4 months after I wrote the article. So just because your article may not perform as you had wished for initially, it doesn't mean that it won't. As your site grows and expands all your earlier articles will start being picked up by the search engines.

So, Onto Multiple Income Streams

Now that I've hit onto something that works for me, it makes sense to reproduce the same results writing more articles promoting other products/services. Every time you start promoting something new it becomes a fresh income stream. In theory, you could have a site promoting 20 different products all within one niche. All making sales from different sources.

The original one will still continue generating sales also and it's always worthwhile creating follow up articles with updates.

Why Restrict It To One Site?

Although I would always advise new members to focus on one site, creating more articles, you can still use this concept. Somewhere down the line you can apply the concept of multiple income streams to not only one site, but to multiple niches also. This is how the very successful marketers do it.

If you have one site making $200 a week, you know you're heading in the right direction. If you have 3 sites making the same, that's $600 a week, by simply repeating the steps you used for the first site. There are people out there running 20 plus sites, all making income, this is utilizing the concept of multiple income streams to it's utmost. The $200 is just used as an example, there are sites out there earning vast amounts of money

With the information and research techniques you learn right here at WA I'm sure most people could run a site on many different niches.

Before you go this route, Make sure you know a niche well enough to be able to write about it for the foreseeable future. It's extremely important that you have a tried and tested method that is working and generating sales. Walk before you start to run and don't take on more than you can handle.
