Life and all its joys are definitely a wonderful gift. A gift that also has its consequences! Such consequences do not always come in form of an installment plan, and we simply have to deal with it over and over again!

In my case, I have my own fair share of something similar, which comes in form of my never-ending caregiving responsibilities. Don’t misunderstand me because I genuinely love what I am doing, it is just that I hardly any time at all to devote to dropping in and interacting with my WA friends and followers.

Therefore, I have promised myself to take this opportunity to stop by and tell you that I have certainly missed you in the last many months. I am aware of all your follows and your gracious comments to date, and wholeheartedly apologize for not have been able to respond. I sincerely hope that you will forgive me for my inability to respond, and that it is absolutely not out of my lack of care or laziness.

I would very much like to respectfully present you with this blog in lieu of my individual responses to all my friends and followers who have taken the time and the care to make their comments to me on my profile page. I am especially grateful and touched by those of you who have conveyed your prayers and encouraging words to me. Please be assured that I am terribly humbled by your sense of empathy and care. Also, my warmest special thanks to my dear friend, Glenda (teacup), who has never stopped praying for me and my loved ones in these challenging times. May God bless her heart!

I have, however, the good fortune that my very dear and close friend, Jenn (JennPGD), has been so kind and selfless to aptly look after my WA communication and Social Media matters on my behalf. I am truly indebted to her. She had actually taken it upon herself to coordinate a successful campaign to ask her loyal friends followers to pray for me and make comments on my website (http://www.joyofcaregiving.com) – many did and I am thankful to all of them.

I almost forgot to also make another apology! I am sorry that I have not been able to be active in responding to and commenting on all your posts, trainings, and questions that have been, and are being, posted during my absence. Please forgive me!

For the benefit of all the welcomed new members to our fantastic WA and it's wonderful community, who may not be familiar with me, I would like to invite you to take a look at my profile to find out a bit more about me – of course, if you like or have the time.

I thank all of you at WA and wish you the very best and complete success in your endeavors here at WA. I will be anxiously looking forward to come back to the community soon in an active capacity.

I appreciate you all,

Jay Barnelli

Jay, it seems that our time, love, energy and caring are a bit like a little pat of butter. Each can only be spread over a limited number of spots and then there is no more. Your willingness to care and give will never be questioned so you do what you need to do and your time and energies will be welcomed when you are back.
