First Time Hiring Freelance Writers from Upwork! (Part 1)

Hey Guys today is the first time I am hiring Freelancers for my blog.

I made Job Listing on Upwork and I am excited to hear from the potential applicants soon. Most of the writers there have decent English and some better than mine. My biggest concern is that now i have to manage cash flow and make money from this or the losses would be substantial enough to make me very upset. But this is the only way to quickly scale a new blog and I am a very impatient fellow.

I found someone hiring writers by the few thousands of dollars a month in my niche as well. Apparently that company has been doing so dozens of times and have spent over 200k USD on the platform.

I guess this must be an indicator that there are decent writers on there i suppose.

Any insights, suggestions or opinions on the subject is much appreciated.
