The word vent comes to my mind. It is a figure of speech.

You just write, until your heart is content. Tell it all or in part every body has a story.
The definition is an opportunity or a way of escape or passage. Writing your blog is an opportunity to learn to express yourself. We can imagine, dream, be on the beach and more as we write with an imagination.
I am expressing this because we have the opportunity to let it out by blogging. It let us releases the pressure that build up because of life in general not because we ask but because it is life. Breathe in and out relax. Stress is relieved.Write about it and be relieved.
