Today is July 1st — Canada Day. A day of independence.

And today also marks Day 6 sober for me. A personal kind of independence I’ve been chasing, fighting, and sometimes avoiding.

But this time is different.

Because I’m not just quitting something — I’m building something.

And I want to say something clearly, to anyone here quietly struggling, doubting, or watching from the sidelines:
