WA Chronicles: Rise of the Niche Master!
As we attempt to climb the ranks of authority in our chosen niche, we face many obstacles. Wherever there is $$ to be made we can rest assured that we are not the only ones chasing it!
I certainly hope you have chosen a niche that you are familiar with and enjoy, but are you prepared for the battle that you will need to win in order to successfully dominate your niche and claim the title of Niche Master!
"Keep your friends close and your enemies closer"
- If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected.

In order to become successful within our chosen Niche we must WIN the trust and loyalty of our customers by first knowing who our competition is.
Who is your Niche's current MASTER? Get on their radar! Infiltrate their ranks, join their groups, subscribe to their pages and study them.
This is the person that has already fought all of the hard battles and overall has come out victorious so we have much to learn from them.
observe the level of engagement on each of their platforms and topics!
metrics such as "likes" can determine how successful certain content is as opposed to others.
Strive to create better content relevant to each of these topics, what sort of questions had been asked, what else could you include? Never plagiarize or strictly create "copy cat content" but rather strive to reach a level beyond your competition and learn from their mistakes.
Keep it in your arsenal.
Respond to their content as soon as it is released!
A great way to get on your competitions radar is by being recognized through comments, of course if they are successful they will also be looking for their engagement factor and will respond to you. Do this enough and you will soon be recognized.
The more acknowledgment you receive from the top Niche Master, the more his loyal followers will also recognize you.
Be patient for your opportunity!
The time will come when the Niche master mis-steps, and creates a division among their followers. At this time you should be well versed and prepared with excellent quality content of your own.
Remain Vigilant and you will be rewarded!

this doesn't actually mean crush them lol! I don't mean to use any sort of malicious tactics here either.
Maintain Higher ground
If there is an unexplained absence between posts, exploit that a bit. Their followers will no doubt be wondering the same thing. Drop a link to your content and claim you would never do that..
exploit areas you feel they might be a bit more uncomfortable or unfamiliar. Provide content that proves you are more competent.
Do not troll!!
Simply slandering or putting in too much of your content especially out of context will have adverse effects. Maintain your higher ground by looking out for the followers best interests.

Thanks. Hopefully it doesn't come off too harsh or sneaky. But in my mind if we are to be successful in business we need to have the ability to distinguish between allies and competitors. Top dogs are prepared, we must be prepared, we should be too
