Traffic Triad Sprint: Weekly Report Template — Track What Moves
Start here (Hub): Traffic Triad Sprint Hub
A sprint fails if I can’t learn from it. If I do “a lot” but don’t track cleanly, I’ll repeat the same mistakes with a different mood. So I’m using one weekly report template that keeps the work measurable and prevents mid-week spirals.
This isn’t about becoming an analyst. It’s about telling the truth with data so the next decision is clean.
The System (weekly report)

- What I shipped: post published/refreshed, pins created, video posted
- What I promoted: pin cadence, title/meta updated yes/no, YouTube links placed yes/no
- What moved: Pinterest clicks/saves; SEO impressions/clicks/CTR; YouTube clicks
- What stayed flat: lane that didn’t respond yet
- One adjustment next week: hook OR title/meta OR intro OR internal links (one lever only)
What I’m Tracking
- Lane signals + outputs shipped
Notion is my single source of truth. I don’t try to remember my plan anymore—I run it. I track every asset in one master table (lane, status, publish date, primary keyword, next action, distribution), then I work only from a “Today / Next Actions” view. That structure protects my attention, makes progress measurable, and keeps distraction from turning into a strategy change.
What I’ll Do Next
I’ll post one weekly report inside WA and update the Hub. That creates accountability and a record of what actually worked.
Then I’ll keep adjustments disciplined: no strategy resets mid-week — only weekly changes based on the report.
This is the part most people skip: clean reporting. If you can’t learn from the week, you’ll repeat the same work with a different mood. Stay with the sprint—Post 6 is the topic method that makes one idea work across Pinterest, SEO, and YouTube.
The Hub will stay updated with the full index once each post is live.
Question: What signal do you trust most — clicks, CTR, or time on page?
