Using affirmation's to achieve success!

We here at WA all have to start where ever we are when we come on-board. Some of us have lot's more experience than others! Sometimes we will want to give up, there will be times when we do not know what to do? Thankfully here at WA there is plenty of help, we must be willing to ask for it when we need it though!
As a life Coach one of the tools that I have used in my own life is Affirmation's!
What is an affirmation you ask? Affirmation's are sentences aimed to affect the conscious and the subconscious mind. The words composing the affirmation, automatically and involuntarily, bring up related mental images into the mind, which could inspire, energize and motivate. They are proven methods of self-improvement because of their ability to rewire our brains. Much like exercise, they raise the level of feel-good hormones and push our brains to form new clusters of "positive thought" Exercise for your mind!
How to use affirmation's The subconscious mind does not know the difference between true and false so you can rewire your mind by using affirmation's.
People do it every day with their words already and just don't know it! You see the word's you speak can work for you or against you!
Example, I don't know why I dream about that vacation home I can't afford it! When you say things like that to friends and family, your subconscious mind hears it and it is imprinted, then your actions follow your subconscious mind and you don't even apply for the corner office job that came up because you did not think you deserved it, and later you find out that the person that got that job was less qualified than you!
So let's start using affirmations the right way!

So create an affirmation that fit's you and what you want to achieve, Read it morning and night it will help if you do it more! As you read it try to believe it try to feel the feelings you would have if it was already true! Hold onto those feelings, when you start to feel down read it again. Do this and you will do it the rest of your life!
