How to fix mobile compatibility issues? I'm in trouble.
I have a very big dilemma on my hands....
Today I received an email from Google Webmaster Tools saying the following:
As you can see, Google has reduced my rankings on mobile devices which is really annoying, since I can't see a way around it.
Quite evidently I don't use a responsive theme and most of you would suggest the simple solution would be to switch to a responsive theme, right?
Unfortunately, with the theme I am currently using called 'GamePress', there are post types that are unique to the theme called "game reviews", of which I have already created a lot of content using... There are no other themes that have such a post type, however there may be a premium theme that does, but I really like the theme I've currently got and would preferably not get a premium theme.
Do you guys know any solution to this?
Thanks a lot.

Wow, it works brilliantly! Looks like it changes the theme on the mobile device, but still looks cool and after having fiddled around with the settings, I've also enabled all of my custom post types to be displayed :)

My advice is forget what you like about this theme and try a mobile friendly one. I had the same issue and did not change yet but I shall do this, it is not so simple because every other theme I tried implies a lot of work to make things in order again. So the sooner you change it the better.
You may try with WPtouch Mobile Plugin (I use it) but there will be always some issues. I am not sure about the meaning of 'responsive'. Jovo
