Back and Starting Over - Sort Of

Wow! It has been a long, hard road but I am finally back in the saddle again. I have been a WA member for a while now, and even briefly got under the 200 rank at one point, but I made one crucial mistake my first time around: I was trying to work my way through WA while working two jobs and attending graduate school.

I did manage to keep my head above water for a while, but due to the extreme level of work required for the last few classes – reading hundreds of pages of research and often writing as much as 10,000 words per week! – I did not have any time to sleep much less build a business and WA was put on the back burner (and the ring was turned off. lol.) Thankfully, I submitted my last assignment this weekend. As soon as it is processed, I will be the extremely exhausted, but extremely proud, recipient of an MBA. (Yay!)

So… now what? Back to WA, of course. Though I had worked my way through the Online Entrepreneur program a good bit before I left, there is really no way of telling what I remember and what I don’t at this point. Thus, I will be going back to square one: Course 1, Lesson 1. I am starting over as if I were a complete newbie so that I don’t miss anything. I’m sure some of it will just be review, but I know there is probably a ton that I will see again for the “first time”.

Anyway, not a lot to report just yet. As I said, I am starting over. I actually have several ideas for businesses that I am interested in as a result of my academic research and other interests, and I will be taking a look at them through the WA/Jaaxy filter in the coming days. In the meantime, I did want to throw something up announcing my return for anyone who cares and also to say thanks; I appreciate everyone’s support while I was gone. WA is a terrific community, and its members truly are like a family.
