Understanding SEO is important, and you are right to go back over the lessons, but it will become more understandable as you progress in the training. Probably more important now is the information in the training, moving forward and placing good content on your site. Remember you can always go back and go through any of the lessons again as well as doing further SEO research elsewhere on-line.
